Impact Broward Inc., is a 501c 3 non-profit that is the sponsor for Senior Corps Programs in Broward County since 1965 – to harness the invaluable work and life experience of older adults who are age 55 and over.  We tap the skills, talents, and experience of older adults to meet pressing community needs.

Foster Grandparent Program GP was a concept that began with Sargent Shriver under President Kennedy’s Administration in the early 1960’s. They saw a need to look at the future population and realize the number of seniors our society would have and what role could they play.
