Why are strong communities so important?  Is it because they provide us with a sense of belonging while teaching us to embrace the differences of our neighbors?  Could it be because they help launch positive programs that give our young adults hope for a brighter future; or maybe its because strong communities consistently lend support to struggling members that don’t have any place else to go.  For Goldson Spine Rehabilitation Center, these are just some of the reasons why building a strong community has always been regarded as one of the most necessary responsibilities of the practice.  “Having a strong community is very important to us,” said Dr. Fidel Goldson Sr. who began Goldson Spine Rehabilitation Center 22 years ago at the Plantation facility.  “Communities help create sturdy family ties, as well as educational opportunities, economic prospects and an overall healthy society.  They are extremely vital and we want to make sure we do our part to get involve.
